It paid off as it generated interest from several buyers and we went into contract five days after going on the market, smooth transiting into escrow, and sold for well over asking. ​ She made selling my place somewhat a breeze. All this while 9 months pregnant! Not sure how she did it, but she did. She kept her promise too, she wasn’t going to have her baby until we closed. Sure enough, the day after we did, she did. Congratulations!
